Our History

As leading General Contractors in Santa Rosa, CA, our roots go back to 1992. We started in Antioch, California as window contractors under the name of Home Improvement Specialist. Over time we expanded into a full service remodeling company. As a result of becoming General Contractors, we have improved many homes and businesses. Most importantly, we have a high rate of customer satisfaction.

We expanded our footprint into beautiful Sonoma County California in 2010. Soon we became the Santa Rosa General Contractor to call.  Due to our attention to quality and details our clients trust us. The Santa Rosa area won our hearts and after a few years we decided to call this our home. Our time has been focused as General Contractors in Santa Rosa ever since.

In keeping with the times and the demands to improve energy efficiency, we moved into a new phase. We changed our name to GreenRun Construction to reflect our passion to be good to Mother Earth.

Our Desire

It is our desire to meet the needs of our clients in all areas of their home improvement needs. We can provide interior remodeling services such as bathroom or kitchen upgrades. In addition we provide exterior upgrades such as Low-E windows and siding replacement. Do you want to add space to your home? We can do room additions as well.

If you’d like we can do an energy audit of your “whole house or businesses envelope”. This will find ways to improve the energy usage of your home. For example, common energy hogs are lights, leaky ducts  and even appliances.
