This project has been completed and the building permit passed final inspection on the afternoon of Thursday, November 5, 2020.

In preparation:

• Please remove any personal items from the landing and/or below the landing
• There will be some times that you will not be able to use the stairs or walk on the landing. This will be during the day only and we will keep this to as small a time frame as possible.
• Please call us at 707-812-7006 or email us at info@greenrunusa.com if you would like us to email or text you regarding the times you may not be able to come and go from your unit freely.
